You have to be signed in. Orders placed as a guest don't earn points, and they can't be added afterwards. Creating an account takes a minute and it's the only requirement.

Because points follow what you actually pay, your volume discount and your points both improve as the order gets bigger.

Points for reviews
Leave a review on any product and you'll earn 15 points — worth 50 cents, and it takes a minute. Review six products and that's $3 off, which is enough to redeem on its own.
Reviews also help other smokers work out which brand suits them, which is the part we can't do for them.

Questions
Do I have to sign up separately?
No. If you have an account and you're signed in when you order, you're earning. There's no separate enrolment.
Can points be added to an order I placed as a guest?
Unfortunately not. Points are tied to the account that placed the order, so a guest checkout can't be credited afterwards. Sign in before you pay.
Do points apply to the discounted price or the full price?
The price you actually pay. A carton at the 40+ rate of $31.50 earns 31 points rather than 42 — but you've saved $10.50 on the carton itself, which is the better end of the deal.
Do points count on shipping?
No, points are earned on the products in your order, not the shipping.
Can I use points and a volume discount together?
Yes. Your volume discount applies automatically by quantity, and your points credit comes off the total at checkout on top of it.
Do my points expire?
Only if the account goes quiet. Points expire after 365 days with no activity, and any order resets the clock — so if you order even once a year, your balance keeps building.
How do I see my balance?
Sign in and open your account — your store credit balance is shown there, and again at checkout when you have enough to redeem.
